  1. Select the Blockchain you've transacted on using your Xverse wallet
  2. Open to your Xverse app
  3. Copy the public address of the selected blockchain
  4. Paste the public address in the 'Public address' field
  5. Select 'Add Xverse'
  6. Repeat the above steps for each blockchain you've used with your Xverse wallet
